The Hilburn International College Balangoda “Quantum Horizons” Science Expo 2023 and School Open Day were a resounding success, taking place on the 1st of December 2023 at Balangoda Hilburn College Premises.Dr. Sudarshana De Silva (Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist) joined us as the Chief Guest for this special occasion. In the science exhibition, our students showed their skills according to the themes of the exhibition.
